Mr. Mohamed has served in the capacity of Associate Chief Financial Officer (ACFO) for the Government of District of Columbia (City of Washington DC) and was a member of Executive Officers of the City of Washington DC.

He has 30 years of financial management experience and served in large and complex Agencies with the City of Washington DC management, where he played a leading role in reforming troubled financial organizations.

Mohamed Abdi holds a Bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of District of Columbia. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA), and Certified Forensic Analytics.
