The Financial Administrative and Support Services Group is headed by General Manager Mohamed Abdi.
The Group is responsible for providing the support and administrative functions for the bank. This includes departments such as financial affairs which looks after budgeting and planning, general accounting, financial reporting and other internal financial needs of the bank. It is also responsible for the human resource operations, which implements the HR policies of the bank and coordinates employee benefits, performance management and employee relations. The Group looks after all the support services of the bank, ensuring the smooth operations of the security, transportation and maintenance, procurement and IT divisions.
